Best known for his cult hits Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Spaced, his portrayal of Scotty in the 2009 Star Trek film and the forth-coming Paul, Simon Pegg is an actor, comedian, writer and self-proclaimed super geek.
In his new memoir, Nerd Do Well, Pegg brings his fans back with him to his childhood in England, recounting tales of running into brick walls, his first play and discovering Star Wars, Star Trek and comic books and ultimately leads readers through his life to the making of his hit films.
Pegg’s memoir is a who’s-who of pop cultuer references, film history, witty anecdotes about being a kid in the 70s and proves that Pegg is, indeed, a super geek of the highest order.
