Yo, like, man, just thought you oughtta know there’s a new Magic the Gathering set that came out only TWO DAYS AGO. Yeah, surprised me, too. I mean, I knew it was coming. But I still came in to work this weekend, like, Oh man, there it is!
Ravnica Allegiance is its name and being slick and also dope is its game. Well, Magic the Gathering is its game, but slick and dope is its… fame? Listen, this blog post is being written in a delirious, sleep deprived state. The big wigs and fat cats in this joint get an espresso machine and I’m stuck rifling through the trash and sucking coffee filters dry. But I have just enough energy and presence of mind to gush about Ravnica Allegiance. Or at least to ramble about it aimlessly enough to let you know of its existence.
Every time MTG goes back to Ravnica, the results are amazing. Thrilling new sets and strategies for every color and build. Ravnica Allegiance is no exception. If you’re reading this and somehow haven’t already dove in head first, grab your snorkel. This is a Magic set that is absolutely worth its weight in water wings.
