There’s a few new items coming your way this week, along with a few restocks that might appeal to the superhero fan in you.
DC Essentials continues with the brand new figure of everyone’s favorite Robin turned anti-hero: Red Hood. The new Red Hood figure features the usual points of articulation and accessories we’ve come to expect from the DC Collectibles line. There’s also two new statues from DC Collectibles this week – a Batman statue based on Lee Bermejo’s artwork and a Dark Knight Returns Cowl Bust.
Eaglemoss has been branching out and doing different things with their figure lines including WWE figures, Star Trek busts and now figurines from the CW TV shows. The first figure in their new Flash line comes out this week and features Grant Gustin’s version of DC’s beloved Scarlet Speedster- Barry Allen. Each figure comes with a brief magazine that highlights the character and some significant moments from that character’s story arc.
Back in stock this week is the incredibly popular Marvel Legends 80th Anniversary two pack of the Hulk and Wolverine, based on the classic Incredible Hulk #181 which featured the first full appearance of our favorite merry mutant. Sculpted with the usual Marvel Legends flair, each figure is fully articulated and well detailed.
Returning to our shelves as well, are some DC Multiverse figures from Mattel. The Lobo build a figure wave is now back in stock in case you missed it earlier this year. Kingdom Come Superman, Kid Flash, Kyle Rayner, and Batman Beyond all comprise this set. Collect all 4 and you can build everyone’s favorite Main Man: Lobo! I don’t think this wave will stick around that long, so if you missed any of these, be sure to grab them as soon as possible. This is the last year of the DC collector’s type license at Mattel, so these probably won’t be available much longer.
Super 7’s Masters of the Universe retro line has been selling fairly well, but we just got in Beast Man for those who’ve been following along. Teela, Man at Arms, Robot He-Man and Hordak are what we currently have in stock. I will try and get more He-Man, She-Ra, and Skeletor, but no word on when those will arrive yet.
