Jessica Jones is Back. New Team. New Enemies. New Case.

New creators bring back life to the great detective.

Jessica Jones Blind Spot

Your favorite whiskey downing, super strong, hard-nosed, no nonsense, leather-jacketed private eye is back! After a phenomenal debut, some time away, and a brief return, Marvel’s best private detective’s life on the comics page has been in flux. But doubt no longer, comics fans. Jessica Jones has made her triumphant return!

JESSICA JONES: BLIND SPOT is phenomenal. A whip smart, crackling entry in the history of this beloved character. It finds new avenues for the head of ALIAS Investigations to go down while still holding true to what made them so beloved in the first place. And with appearances from favorites like Doctor Strange and Elsa Bloodstone, there’s something in here for everyone.

Art duties fall to newcomer Mattia De Iulis. It’s superb work, the kind that makes a bold statement for a strong future. Action, noir, comedy, pathos… BLIND SPOT has it all. And it all looks damn good.

Elsa Bloodstone Cover

BLIND SPOT is written by Kelly Thompson. She first wrote Jessica Jones in a two issue story from her tremendous (and Eisner-nominated) Hawkeye series. That was evidently proof enough that Thompson was the right soul for the job. It’s a dead-on shot. A bullseye. Thompson is Marvel’s current main ace in the hole, and each successive series is continued proof of exactly why. JESSICA JONES: BLIND SPOT is crisp and thrilling. Her West Coast Avengers is the most fun book on shelves. Mr. & Mrs. X is the finest romcom around in any medium. And with the future of Captain Marvel squarely in her hands, it’s a great time to be reading Marvel
comics.

You can grab the entirety of JESSICA JONES: BLIND SPOT in a great new trade paperback. Here’s hoping for many more adventures to come.
